The “AFTER” results are in – volumes and speeds are both down compared to the initial 2003 data.

Here are the comparisons:

Volumes

2003 = 2,934 vehicles per day

2007 = 2,525 vehicles per day

Difference is -409 vehicles per day

Speeds

2003 = 32.4 miles per hour

2007 = 28.5 miles per hour

Difference is -3.9 miles per hour

Looks like the project can be declared successful.
